Policy & Payment Information for Restorations
Let me begin by saying that I sincerely value all my loyal customers and deeply appreciate your business. The friendships we cultivate from this car hobby are equally important to me and are a valued part of my business.
As a result of this business, I have a responsibility to my many suppliers, vendors and contract employees. Therefore effective immediately, the following payment guidelines shall apply without exception:
- ANY billing/invoices paid by the 10th day of the month will qualify for a 2.5% (.025) discount off labor rates at my discretion (postmarked by the 10th is ok).
- ANY billing/invoices NOT paid by the 20th day of the month will be assessed a 3.5% (.035) late fee.
- ANY billing/invoices NOT paid by the LAST day of the month will be assessed a 5% (.05) late fee. At this point, a work stoppage will occur until all payments are brought up to date.
As always, I strive to provide my customers with restoration work/parts/supplies that are unequaled in the MOPAR restoration arena. I treat EVERY project we take in as if it were my own and take pride in knowing my customers can walk away with full confidence that their project will be completed in a state-of-the-art manner.
